To the prospective Student:

Welcome to our Home Page, the official Carroll information resource on the Internet. Archbishop Carroll High School enjoys the distinction of being the only Archdiocesan owned and operated high school in the Archdiocese of Washington. Originally founded for young men, Carroll merged with several other diocesan high schools in 1989 to form one co-educational high school and continues to offer a college preparatory curriculum. Since 1955, Archbishop Carroll High School has consistently provided students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in college, and the Catholic values that will serve them throughout their lives.

In addition to strong academics, Archbishop Carroll High School offers a wide complement of co-curricular activities that include art, drama, choir, photography, foreign language, literature, debating clubs, and all of the major sports for young men and women.

If you are a college bound student interested in a liberal arts education that integrates Catholic values, and you want exposure to a highly qualified and dedicated faculty and administration, come to Archbishop Carroll High School.
