Dear Faculty, On Tuesday, August 24, 2004, Child Abuse Prevention Training will be held at Carroll from 1:00 - 4:00pm. During this time, all offices will be closed. All practices and other activities around the building are to be suspended. This is so all Carroll employees can be present for this mandatory training. Please prepare the appropriate notification for parents and students. Voice mail prompts should note your unavailability during this training. Signs should be posted on offices NOW, informing the public about our plan to be closed. Since all staff, coaches, volunteers, security, etc. are going to be getting the training, no one will be available to supervise students. Please do not encourage students to "wait around" for practice etc. until 4:00pm. While this interruption is an inconvenience, it is not optional. Please make required preparation. Also, if you have not yet registered online for the August 24, 1:00pm training, please do so.
